Healthy Health Domestic Shipping Policy

Domestic orders will be packed and shipped within 48 hours, pending verification of billing information and the shipping method. Items ordered from will arrive within 5-8 business days of order via USPS. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day) – please allow additional time if your order was placed on a weekend day. In the event a product is back ordered, an email will be sent to the customers attention with expected dates of fulfillment .A tracking number will be available within 48 hours of order entry by email. Please note: We have no control over the postal system. Once a package is dropped off it’s in their hands to deliver it. Most of the time USPS does a great job however on the rare occasion it could bounce around in the mail system for a bit. Please be patient.

Healthy Health International shipping Policy

In the event that an order is placed outside the US it may take additional time for you to receive your order. Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery. In some cases maybe longer depending on how long a package sits in customs in your country. We promise to get your order to you as quickly as possible. International items are shipped at the customer’s risk. Healthy-Health is not responsible for items being confiscated at the border. The customer are required to know your country’s laws before ordering. You are responsible for any and all duty tax acquired.

Once an item ships internationally, it is out of our control.

Return Guidelines For Customers

 Any unopened product within 30 days after shipment for a full refund in the same method of payment of the purchase price and applicable sales tax (less shipping charges).

What should I do if my items arrive damaged?

 We make every effort to package your order so it arrives in great condition. Unfortunately, sometimes items may be damaged during shipment. We understand your frustration and we will do everything we can to replace the product swiftly.

Please note: If any items arrive damaged, don’t dispose of them until you’ve had a chance to speak with a customer service representative. In the case of larger items, you may be asked to submit a photograph of the damage.
