Who is Healthy-Health?
Healthy Health was founded in 2004 as the brainchild of two brothers from Turkey, Helmut and Timur.
The brothers chose their focus thanks to a passion for healthy living. Helmut’s research into how foods heal and protect the body led them to Oil of Oregano for its many powerful benefits. Healthy Health began with the desire to give people an alternative to prescription medications, allowing their customers to find long term solutions to their health-related needs.
Still, the brothers didn’t want to settle on any type of Oil of Oregano. While oregano has 40 types of subspecies found across the world, they chose the Origanum Vulgare species of oregano for its specific properties. This species, which grows in the mountains of Turkey and just down the road from where they grew up, is unparalleled. Origanum Vulgare has a unique balance of compounds, which work together synergistically and is the best of its kind.
They also focused on creating the best type of Oil of Oregano on the market. The plant grows in the remote western mountainous regions of Turkey and free of pollution. Only the leaves of the flowering plant are ever used. They are picked precisely when the plant is highest in essential oil. Being Wild, it is grown chemical-free and the oil is extracted via a completely natural process called “Steam Distillation”. No chemicals or solvents are ever used. The oil is the source of virtually all of the plant’s active ingredients.
